Shipping and Policies of Sale


Our Standard Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail, the best way to get the physical products ordered at the least expense. Single CD orders will be sent First Class. For a 2-3 day delivery, choose Priority Mail.

Domestic orders with Media Mail, you should get your products within 4-7 business days after you place your order. A one pound package will cost $3.53 for shipping, plus $1.95 insurance, if this option is chosen. Shipping costs will vary with the number of products shipped and the method of shipping. These shipping times and costs apply only to orders sent to addresses within the 50 United States, military APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and other U.S. Protectorates.

International Orders – Orders shipped to international addresses should arrive 7-10 business days after you place your order, and costs vary with the number of products shipped and the destination. First Class International Mail is the least expensive way to ship. This method is limited to 4 pounds in weight and cannot be insured. If insurance is not available or not chosen as an option, River of Life will not be responsible for lost or damaged orders.

For orders weighing more than 4 pounds, International Priority Mail is the only method available. Insurance may be available. If insurance is not available or not chosen as an option, River of Life will not be responsible for lost or damaged orders.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

Credit Card Security

We use secure server software (SSL), the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure eCommerce transactions. It encrypts all personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

We guarantee all purchases against credit card fraud. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, a bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds, under normal circumstances. Of course, any defective products will be replaced at no additional cost. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, email or call us and we will send instructions on how to have the product replaced.

          The preferred method of payment is by credit card. If you do not have a credit card you can send a money order. For                   

          international orders, money orders shall be in US Dollars.

          We do not accept personal checks.

          If you would like to use PayPal, send us an email with what you would like to order and we will let you know the PayPal                account to send the money to.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, security code and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the order status. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Digital Downloads

To make a purchase of a digital download, just click on "Download price: $$$$ Add to Cart". This will add the product to your shopping cart. Once you have filled your shopping cart with all of the products you want, click on the "check out" button under your cart and follow the directions.

After placing your order, if you ordered downloadable products, you will go to our "download area" and download your products.

You will find this note under the totals on your order confirmation page

You will then enter the email address and password that you used in the order process and click "Authorize". This will give you the link for your downloadable products. Click on the link and your download will begin.

To Add The Download On Your Computer To Itunes

  • Open iTunes
  • From the File menu, choose one of the following choices:
    • Mac....Add to Library
    • Windows....Add File to Library
      Add Folder to Library
  • Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add
  • If iTunes is set to "Copy files to the iTunes Music folder when adding to library," iTunes will copy all content that is added to the iTunes library to the iTunes Music folder. To adjust this setting or change the location of this folder, go to the Advanced tab in iTunes Preferences.
